Steps to Fix a Blocked BRImo Account:
1. Dont panic, open the BRImo application.
Login on the page and select” Forgot Password.”
Enter your User ID and follow instructions.
Make sure your mobile number is working because you will be receiving an OTP code.
2. Reset your BRImo PIN( if needed).
In the event that you enter the wrong PIN three times, the system will automatically decline the transaction.
To have your PIN reset, you are usually asked to verify your informasi( i. e., account number, birthday, etc.).
3. If you cannot log in at all or all of this is blocked:
Call the BRI Call Center on 14017/ 1500017 or
Go to the nearest BRI branch office with:
KTP
Passbook( if applicable)
ATM card
Registered phone number with BRImo

Do not keep attempting to log in, which can prolong the blocking.
